2.3 million couple get engaged each year. They all have the same goal: To plan the perfect celebration and share it with family and friends. Anticipating the attendance of children adds a unique challenge to wedding planning. If children do attend the ceremony, what happens at the reception? Will their parents be able to enjoy themselves while supervising them? Tricky, right? That's where we come in. Children can be unpredictable and decision to invite them to your wedding is one that couples often struggle with.
At Music City Sitters we design children's programs to compliment your celebration.
We provide your youngest guest with a fun, festive, and safe experience while giving you peace of mind that your day will be perfect. Now your guests can freely enjoy your special occasion!

Music City Sitters Events will:

Keep the children safe, happy and entertained

Provide a valuable service to your out of town guests with children

Allow parents to enjoy the festivities knowing their children are near by

Reduce reception costs

Maintain the integrity of the ceremony

Create an inclusive family-friendly atmosphere

Allow children to participate in certain portions of the ceremony
Individual Sitter​:
-
$25 booking fee
-
$25 per/hr and a 4-hour minimum
For small groups, 3 or more children:

$75.00 booking fee
-
$50.00 for games, arts and crafts, books and toys.

$25.00 per sitter per hour
For groups of 10 children or more, contact our group childcare coordinator.
Ratios: We maintain a ratio of 4:1 for children 3 years and older, and 2:1 for babies and toddlers.
Minimum: 4 hours for 2 caregivers. Cancellations: $100.
