Our creative team of children's event professionals and childcare providers will design a children's program to compliment your event, whether it's a conference, wedding, dinner party, family reunion or office party.

SAFETY & SECURITY
Our first priority is the safety and security of the children.
Safe Keepers our in--house security team has designed a 5 point Safety Support formula that is applied to every event regardless of size or venue. Our security director will work closely with each venue allowing us to follow their emergency procedures. All children attending Music City Sitters events are signed in and out and have a security photo taken at sign in. Both parents and children are given coded security bands that must match before any child is released.

Our Standards
Our supervisors meet the state requirements for childcare center directors. For events over 50 there are always at least 2 staff on-site with CPR and first aid certifications. We are fully licensed and insured.
Hi! My name is Micah. My twin sister Micha and I are the driving force behind
Music City Sitters.
Our idea was to provide professional childcare services for adult functions. Our concept is simple, we know the childcare business inside and out.
We have been planning children's programs for over 25 years.
We just happen to have the perfect combination of childcare, event planning, and entertainment all in one nice little package! We plan, design, implement, and supervise temporary on-site childcare programs for conventions, meetings, special and corporate events and military programs across the country.

Our children's events COMPLIMENT your existing programming allowing the integrity of YOUR PLANNING to remain intact while giving your CLIENT, the PARENTS attending and their CHILDREN the peace of mind that EVERYONE is having an AWESOME EXPERIENCE. This can be a tall order. Curating a Kid/Friendly Spaces where they don't typically exist can be challenging. Most hotel and conference rooms are very bland and nondescript spaces, that would never work for a Music City Sitters event. But we never back away from a challenge! Designing Kid Friendly/Family Friendly spaces is our specialty!
